Sphere Program

Your Sphere of Influence should be viewed as an extension of your business -- your own personal sales force. Your Sphere includes your current and past clients, networking contacts, friends, family and anyone you do business with (your accountant, your referral sources, etc). With the repeated, personal communication our Sphere program offers, you'll be the first to come to mind when someone in your sphere has friends or family that need your services. Keep in mind that current and past clients are your best source of new business! You can choose to send cards thanking clients for their business, asking for referrals, celebrating holidays, or for any additional occasions you can think of –- up to twelve cards total per year (one per month max). You may also send us business cards to insert at no additional cost.

• A minimum of 50 contacts (clients, friends, family, etc) are required per mailing to use this program.
• Our business information does not appear anywhere on the greeting cards we send for you.
• We keep track of the occasions you select and mail your greeting cards at the appropriate time.
• You may send 1-12 greeting cards per year to your contact list(s).
• You may re-write the verse in many of our Sphere cards or use the default one.
• Each card can contain your handwriting.
• We can insert your business cards in Sphere program greeting cards---just send them to us.
